Thank you for your purchase with House of Cheri. We hope that you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order for a refund, exchange of item or store credit. Please see the below information on our returns policy. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to send back your parcel from the day that it arrives to you. Please fill out the form provided in your parcel and include it when sending your items back.
If you choose to process a return, your parcel must be returned within 30 days from when it arrives at your doorstep. All returned items must be in the condition of which they arrived in. They must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached. The items will be assessed if they are in this condition upon arrival back to the House of Cheri HQ.

To return an item, please fill out the form provided to begin the return. If you want to discuss eligibility of your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions. After this, place the item securely in neat condition and fill out the return form provided. Then, mail your order to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please send your measurements to our contact email and we will provide a recommendation on another size to choose.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an alternative solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and process a refund for your initial order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Store credits will be provided in the form of a Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be used online. Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another person or account. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Gift Voucher will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Gift cards last forever!
