Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.

Please note we are not able to deliver via courier to PO Box addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email for your order. It can take up to 24 hours to show any kind of an update on the tracking link.
Until your parcel has been sorted and scanned there won’t be any tracking events for you to check on. The tracking ID indicates that your parcel has been despatched and has started making its way to you. You’ll need to give the tracking some time to update overnight or once it’s scanned as out for delivery.
Customs and Duty
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges, and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Lost Parcels with Australia Post
We will do our best to retrieve your parcel in the case that it gets lost with Australia Post.
If there is no one present at the address of which you entered your parcel to be delivered to, your parcel will automatically be left in a safe location at the address. If you have put in a home address, places to check are in the letterbox and around the front, side or back of your home. If there is no sign of your parcel please also check in with members of your household, body corporate/building management and even with your neighbours who may have collected this for you for safekeeping. Once you have checked all possible delivery locations and still no sign of your parcel, please send an email to bcstanger@msn.com and we will do our best to investigate with Australia Post.
Although, we do not take responsibility for your order as once it is handed over to Australia Post, your items are out of our control. If your parcel has been lost, we will do our best to retrieve it but we will need to start a report with Aus Post themselves.
