Discounts and Loyalty
Sign up to our House of Cheri loyalty program and receive 10% off your entire purchase with our welcome discount code! This form can be found as soon as you enter the House of Cheri website, or, scroll to the bottom of our home page and enter your email in the box. Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with the discount code. Please check your spam and junk inbox as well, in case it got lost in one of those folders. Use the discount code at the checkout of your order and see the dollars come off!

Materials and Care Instructions
All material information for your House of Cheri pieces are located in the description of each product page. Materials used are also found on the inside of each garment.

We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Paypal and Afterpay as well.
Returns and Exchanges
It is important to us that your garments fit you properly and you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return you item within 30 days from arrival of garments and we will happily issue either a refund, an exchange or a credit note. All items must be in the condition of which they arrived in, to you. Once items are received back to us, we will assess them upon arrival. Please note: all items purchased through a sale are non-refundable.

Please note: return postage is covered by you but you will not be charged again for shipping if you opt to exchange your items. If you opt for an exchange and need help with sizing, please email us and we can help with your measurements.
If you have chosen to exchange your item, your new order will be processed once we have receive the return back to Hour of Cheri. We will issue you with a new tracking code once we have processed and posted it.
Yes we do. We ship with Australia Post who ship our parcels internationally. You can view a list of countries we ship to in our shipping policy.
